My husband and I moved here 4 years ago and never imagined that we would live in a town called ATHOL. "Butt", here we are. Whenever we told people the name of our town, they laughed.

My daughter was visiting a couple of years ago and had a grand time making up phrases with the name ATHOL in them. Then in September of 2004, I was in San Diego airport holding up a home made sign for my brother that said, "ALL ATHOLS MEET HERE". People thought it was hilarious. So in the summer of 2005, we started ATHOL GEAR.
